I coach young students aged 4 – 11 who are experiencing Sensory Overload.
This one-off, hour-long coaching session, which parents also attend, is designed to enable students to be more focussed, balanced and mindful, and to better understand and maximise their strengths.
Often, Sensory Overload is experienced by students with one or more of the following traits:
Sensory Overload can cause an individual to feel confusion, stress and anxiety, and experience occasional meltdowns. As a result, the quality of their sleep and interactions, as well as their performance at school, can be affected.
Students will be able to discover simple strategies and skills that will empower them to overcome these challenges in the classroom and in daily life.
